Yes. Bayview Plaza offers designated pet-friendly rooms for guests traveling with their four-legged family members.

Up to two pets per room are permitted, with a 50 lb weight limit per pet. The pet fee is $45 per pet, per night, plus tax, along with a refundable $50 cash deposit per pet at check-in. For stays longer than two weeks, pet fees are capped at $650 per pet.

Two dog parks are located within walking distance, and Fort De Soto Park, which features a dog-friendly beach, is approximately 10–15 minutes away.

Yes. Bayview Plaza Waterfront Resort has a fishing pier and vessel docking on Boca Ciega Bay. Boat docking is available for $45 per day, plus tax.

Boat trailer parking is available at Plaza Beach Hotel for $25 per day, plus tax.

Yes. Bayview Plaza has an on-site fitness room available for registered guests who want to stay active while on vacation.

Reservations may be changed or canceled at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date for a full refund of your deposit, which is equal to the first night’s stay.

Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged for the entire reservation, and there are no refunds for early departures.

Yes. When you book directly with Plaza Beach Resorts - through our website, by phone, or in person - the daily resort fee is just $18 per night, plus tax. Reservations made through third-party travel websites, such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and other Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), are subject to a $39 per night, plus tax resort fee.

Your resort fee includes high-speed Wi-Fi, morning coffee, complimentary beer and wine from 4–5 PM in the Social Room, pool and beach towels, an in-room safe, Tesla/EV charging, fitness room access, a guest computer and boarding-pass printing, local calls, and access to amenities at all three Plaza Beach Resorts.

Direct bookings also include one complimentary self-parking space per room.

Check-in begins after 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Guests staying at any of our three Plaza Beach Resorts check in at the Plaza Beach Hotel office, located at 4506 Gulf Blvd, St. Pete Beach, FL 33706. The office is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

No. As part of our commitment to environmentally friendly practices, we do not provide automatic daily housekeeping. Your room will be freshly cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.

During your stay, a housekeeping service menu is available upon request. Towels may be refreshed daily, and trash can be removed by simply placing your used towels and trash outside your room on the table or chair.

Yes. Both our beachside and bayside pools are heated year-round to approximately 85°F, so you can enjoy a comfortable swim in every season.
